Shipping and handling costs

Delivery of products by letter to Finland from €2.90 and outside Finland from €3.90.

Delivery times

The products are sent within 1-3 business days of the order. We try to keep all products in stock, but we reserve the right to a longer delivery time, e.g. due to the availability of product parts at the retailer/importer/due to human error.

Exchange and return conditions

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has a 14-day exchange and return right for products purchased through the online store. The right to exchange and return only applies to products whose sales packaging is intact.

Simply not picking up or returning the goods is no longer enough to cancel the transaction. The cancellation notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment and the goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification.

In possible return cases, the costs incurred for sending and returning the product will always be paid by the customer.
